Roden Angus

Roden Angus is a family operation in Grandview, Texas owned by Randy & Jaime Roden and managed by their sons, Kirk, Ranch Manager and Daniel, Herd Manager. Kirk's wife, Sabrina, maintains the herd records and office. In 1994, Kirk bought his first show heifer and Roden Angus began with the additional purchase by Randy of three registered bred cows at the same sale. AI and Embryo Transfer are heavily used producing approximately 250 calves per year. Herd Sires, Rito 3X27 of 2536 EXP, Rito 6F54 of 2V6 FD and Rito 1I2 5294, are also used to follow AI service in the pastures.
 
The Rodens are proud to be a part of the RAB Team breeding and developing Angus Bulls for Commercial Cattle Operations. Also, Roden Angus sells females annually to all parts of the nation and to many customers in Texas. The dedicated use of AHIR, AI, Embryo Transfer and Ranch Development of Bulls and Heifers has helped Roden Angus become a very competitive seedstock supplier.
